#1 Hello, My name is Barry and I am new to the forum. I am hoping maybe I can get some help on a little problem I am having. I have a 2005 5.0 GXI. The other day I was coming in off the water, when all of a sudden the motor just shut off with no alarms. The motor cranks over, but there is no spark.

#1 I have a 2003 Volvo 5.0 Gxi engine in my boat. It starts great and will run fine at low RPM 2800 or less. If i go above that it will start to struggle and loose power, start to back fire and i have to let off gas shut engine off and then the process starts over. Does not ever stall out completly and always starts back up.
